The Lancaster County Young Republicans is a diverse organization, comprising members from a variety of backgrounds, including racial, geographical, and socioeconomic. Our membership includes people of color, people with disabilities, and people who identify as LGBTQ+. The only thing which all of our members have in common is a shared attitude that people are the most free, prosperous, and happy when government involvement is kept to a minimum. We believe that by leaving people with more money in their pockets and allowing them to decide how best to support themselves, their families, and their communities, governments have the ability to increase financial prosperity, promote an inclusive and open society, and allow people the greatest freedom possible within the bounds of a civil society.
